Deerfield & Falcone Law Consulting LLC is a business consulting company. Despite the word “law” in our trading name, which describes the subject matter we work on, we are not a law firm, we are not authorised to practise law, and we do not provide legal representation before any court, agency or tribunal.

2. Nothing here is legal advice

All content on this website — including service descriptions, insights articles, checklists and frequently asked questions — is general information about business practices. It is not legal advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney admitted in your jurisdiction and familiar with your facts.

3. No attorney-client or consulting relationship

Reading this site, sending an enquiry, or speaking with us on an introductory call does not create an attorney-client relationship or a consulting engagement. A consulting engagement arises only on signature of a written proposal or engagement letter by both parties. Please do not send confidential or privileged information before that point.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Descriptions of past engagements, statistics drawn from our internal register, and client comments describe particular situations. They are not a prediction or guarantee that any similar outcome will be achieved for you. Compliance is a continuing obligation, and no consultant can guarantee that an audit will be passed or that a regulator will agree with a position taken.

Statutory and regulatory requirements change frequently, particularly in privacy and employment law. Material on this site was accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown and is not updated continuously. Always confirm current requirements before acting.

6. Referrals

Where a matter requires licensed legal judgement, we will say so and, at your request, refer you to independent New Jersey attorneys or work with counsel you already instruct. We neither pay nor receive referral fees, and any referral is a suggestion only — the choice and the engagement remain entirely yours.

Client comments published on this site are reproduced with permission and are anonymised under our standard confidentiality terms. Statistics are taken from our own engagement register, are rounded, and describe our workload rather than promised client results. Fee ranges are indicative; the fee for your engagement is the one stated in your signed proposal.
